ADSL cancellation problems

I want to cancel my Telkom ADSL Subscription since they can't fix adsl lines anymore. But Telkom's cancellation services doesn't seem to work. And I'm not paying double the price for their LTE service. And I refuse to be blacklisted because of their lack of client service
