ADSL cancellation

Nombulelo - from a service centre with a 041 area code just decided she is done talking to me. I have been trying to cancel my ADSL line for a year now. Religiously paying the instalments. I am now done waiting. Been holding for 18 minutes now for someone to answer 10210 number.
