ADSL Cancellation

<p>Since last year September 2016, I have been trying to cancel our ADSL with Telkom. Numerous emails and calls, no response. In the meantime we have to pay DSL Faster @ R262.28 excl VAT and Softcap 100G Data @ R235.96 excl VAT, costing a total of R567.99 per month. for a service I DO NOT USE!</p> <p>I have been to the Telkom store, situated in Somerset Mall, they also emailed the same form you need to submit to cancel the service. <br /><br />This is not acceptable! BUT WHO CARES!!!</p>
