Adsl Application Still Waiting 1 year later

Horrible service. I have been waiting a YEAR for ADSL they told me installation will take place 11 April 2015 i called today to find out when this will be taking place and now it has moved to <br> September... Without notifying me...... I would like my year that i have been paying for the analogue line refunded to me. As this is completely unfair!!! I think that this is utterly pathetic i work in IT and NEED ADSL and they cant even offer me that??? How is that even possible.. But yet my neighbors have adsl...
