ADSL application denied

I app**** for the ADSL unlimited online, my order was declined due to "no coverage"in my area Zwelitsha EC. Your search results are largely inaccurate because there are houses and businesses who are enjoying ADSL in my area. Please update your systems and give customers what is obviously avaible to them. I even went as far as confirm coverage with a local Telkom technician on the ground,needless to say, he did.
