ADSL and Landline still not working

<p> It has now been about 2 months of our ADSL not working properly ( only works for about half the day, sporadically ).</p> <p> </p> <p>It was logged mutiple times with Telkom, and mutiple agents have been spoken to, all have been no help. A technician came to the house about 4 weeks ago to 'fix' the line ( Telkom admits there is a fault on the line ) and ended up making it worse, as well as causing our landline to not work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom have just been full of empty promises, lies and terrible customer service. What a shame.</p>
