ADSL and landline off for 2 weeks

My ADSL and Landline are off for 2 weeks. I immediate reported this to Telkom. All I received was a sms with a Ref nr. I contacted them on Facebook and told my story, but my lines are still dead. On Saturday someone was here, but disappeared without any progress and saying anything. He tested and climbed on the pole and then he was gone. I have been using Mobile data and its costing me a lot.
