ADSL 4MB not what they say?
I had my ADSL 4MB installed Last Wednesday, Speeds for downloading are no where near 4MB. Current Speed test show 1MB Download & 0.32MB Upload. I'm unable to stream my Netflix, showmax, DSTV or any other streaming mean. Buffering is crazy. At night my line cuts out. All I wanted to do today is upgrade to LTEA & I have log faults in order to R800 fee they charge to cancel the ADSL.
Dont understand i took R599 package that im billed R685 in the first month? All I wanted to do is upgrade to R1000 LTEA Package? Very Disappointed about this! I was willing pay more but they couldnt even help me? BAD ADSL & NO FIBRE IN MY AREA?
I assume I going to be strung along for month until i can upgrade this service so I paying for DSTV & Netflix & Showmax that im nt able to watch while they investigate the issue.
Im told to report a fault 10210, twice i held for 2 hours & customer Service cut me off!
