Morning all.
I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for telkom to install my landline. Every time I go to the store they just say I must keep waiting! No further assistance. Very dissatisfied with Telkom service.

Telkom send a technician to do the installation, the guy said that another guy will do the connection.. that was 2 days ago, still no internet or landline! I have the area managers number but he refuse to answer my call.
Please advise.
