ADSL
Evening<br> <br> On 1 February 2015 I made a account with another ISP in order to get internet access. After two weeks the company informed me that everything has been processed and that they are just waiting for Telkom to activate the ADSL. I am still waiting for Telkom to activate the ADSL which is totally unacceptable considering it has been more than ten weeks that I have been waiting and in this time I must still pay for the line rental even though I can't use the ADSL. This is by far the poorest service I have ever received and hope that action will be taken on this complaint.<br> <br> Regards
