I requested my land line to be moved and got a install date of 3 of march that was almost a month later. Then called and cancelled the order completely and re-ordered the complete deal for adsl and land line consultant Geff. Got a new install of date of the 5th. The tech came out and only installed only the landline. I called in and asked why. They said only a landline was ordered. And then they said they will convert to adsl and will let me know of when it would be done. Checked up on my order every 2nd day and kept getting the have sent it to the tech dep. Now 11days later still now correspondence from them. I called in this morning and agent eugene told me that he was honest and told me that there is not even an line available for me. Why could they not have checked the availability from day 1. I have had a very distastefull experience and still have no internet. When i went into a shop to check my order and collect modem for self install they also said that someone loaded the unlimited call offer on my name which i never ordered
