Adsl 10meg promotion is a lie

<p>So I decided to upgrade my line to the 10meg line as Telkom are having a promotion, I live in complex and my friends have the 10meg, when we app**** they confirmed the coverage, they then sent out a message to say that our area does not have the coverage, they have just upgraded our lines in the area, they even called to say we can move to better line speeds. telkom staff are just lazy, further to this I didn't even have internet as they were upgraded as I was told.</p>
