<p>I have been a 4mbps customer since the 9th of dec. But i have never ever reached download speeds of 500kbps even. I have done the speedtests then it shows 3.5mbps but every actual download goes to 400kbps from any site and every format. I need a technician to come look please. I have emailed and chatted and phoned and logged a fault but still nothing has changed. I would really love to keep the service but i refuse to pay for 4mbps but get 400kbpsl.please help my ref nr is 66CEK101216</p>
