ADS Line to take forever to get installed

<p>I have app**** for the ADS line for the wifi on the 10/7/2017. Paid the deposit, bought the modem on the 13/7/2017. Technician came and found there is no lines. I have followed up on it the 20/7/2017, 24/7/2017, 26/7/2017, 28/7/2017, 2/8/2017. Still no lines were installed. If you phone they just say the will escalate it but nothing happens. Why do they advertise to be a service provider but then the service is no good. Very unhappy client that is goging to cancel everything if no response!!!</p>
