Administrative Negligence, Systemic Rigging and Bad faith practices on behalf of Telkom

Who do I talk to at Telkom to reinstate my services?

1 - At this point, I work harder for Telkom to actually provide me services to work than those services work for me. Words can not being to express how this is incredibly frustrating & makes the job that ACTUALLY pays me significantly harder to do!! I'm behind on my deadlines because I'm constantly stressed about what Telkom's forgetting to tell me NEXT, keeping me in a state of anxiety on what do I tell my employer and on my toes for services WE PAY FOR!

2 — I've attached my 4th Letter of Signatory, the last was yesterday! — NOBODY ever calls me, they call the owner who wrote the letter YOU ASKED FOR where he tells you to call ME. - WHY do you need this letter if you're going to bypass his request and call him anyway? 2.1 — I set up a debit, it consolidates my account. 2.2 — I settle the account, it cuts off my services. 2.3 — I can't contact the people who can turn the switch on because MY SERVICES ARE SUSPENDED. So Now, I'm forced to.... 2.4 — Pay at PnP because Telkom stores don't accept cash payments. 2.5 — WAIT 3 DAYS For Telkom to clear my payment?

And your legal notice says its not your fault.... I Think Not!

3 — Nobody told me, UNTIL AFTER the fact... 3.1 - to set up a debit, I need to settle my account first 3.2 - settling my account would cut my service 3.3 - I can't ACTUALLY pay at Telkom, I have to do it online and wait 24hours or PnP and wait 3 days

No one told me until it already happened! And because its not my first rodeo with you all, I bet someone's going to forget to mention that a debit order defaults to manual payments once the manual override is done.

I want to be clear that Telkom's systemic rigging is not my fault. Your failure to teach your fragmented departments about your design flaw is not up to me to fix, I did my part and I paid what was due.

I refuse to submit anymore paperwork to reinstate a debit order you set up successfully 7 days ago and as far as I'm concerned you already have all the relevant paperwork because it was literally on the 6th of this month when I sent them anyway. Tally up your departments and sort it out with them before you try to blame me when it doesn't debit in March.

This is not an accident, its your business model, while the rest of us just want to have reliable telephone and internet access.

Please be aware I have a documented list dating back to 2024 Regarding this specific debit order dispute, I've left it out in the interest of turning my services back on, its available on request otherwise.
