Admin plus and Telkom claim disappointing.

I last week complained regarding a claim which a made from my insurance with telkom and admin plus and only received an email that I need to send them my latest statement aswell as my Itc number which I did on Wednesday I sent another email Thursday and Friday asking for feedback and I havnt heard anything back. This morning I sent another email to the agent who assisted me and I received an email back stating that she will be out of office for 2weeks, no one from telkom or admin plus responded to say this agent will be on leave the email did say another agent will assist and I sent him an email early this morning for feedback but got no response.
