Admin Plus and Telkom are a ****

Telkom and its administrators are taking a whole month to process a cellphone claim. What incompetence is this?

In whatever you do PLEASE do not insure your phone with telkom i have regrets and I will definitely be looking for other service providers once my contracta are up.
