Adell Sunker,Kuhle Ngcobo,Vivek Bishon

I worked for Wns Global Services in Durban site 2 till the 14th of december 2018,the company is a good 1 indeed but I doubt the directors(Johann Kunz and Sanjay Puria )know what is happening behind close curtains all I want is my unpaid november and december commission as I was suppose to get paid on the 20th of december 2018 and the 27th of January 2019 as Comm is paid in arrears.I finished off on 158 PIS sales for the month of november and I was expecting more than R20K commission because the person who made 138 PIS sales got paid R19k and for the month of december I made 91 PIS sales which i was suppose to get paid this month.When ever I contact HR(Kuhle Ngcobo) about my commission he says finance deals with it not him and at times he gets shocked I didnt get paid,My manager(Adell Sunker) received a call from CCMA in december 2018 she said I should come on the 24th she will sort it out but when I went there she didnt show up at all.This is not happening to me only alot of ex-employees did not get their salaries when they left the company.Telkom is a good company but alot people at WNS global services Durban Site 2 are resigning and dismissed unfairly because of Adell Sunker and the HR falls for her stupidity.CCMA has been trying to call HR but Kuhle Ngcobo always hungs up.....All I want is my commission which I worked hard for in November and December.I didnt have a good Xmas at all as I was not paid my salary because of Vivek bishon,Kuhle Ngcobo and the mighty Adell sunker who did not want to disclose how much commission I made for december.SMBS Outbound is a JOKE as even team leaders,managers are doing ***** just imagine because Telkom is a Huge company who has Wns as their 3rd party.Please take a closer look at adell sunker and the guys called PAPs who is in charge of the Commission structure ,it does not make sense where our comm is going if im not getting it.......This has nothing to do with Telkom its just that I want my money from WNS Global Services ,the company cannot be this desperate pay back my money thats it and a case is opened at CCMA and Labour.An ex employee Linda Daka had to write on hello Peter in order for WNS to pay her salary what bull**** is that.
