Addled line installation

My wife and I went and took an adsl line out from Telkom on the 9 Oct. They said it would take 7 to 14 day for someone to come out and install the line. We get a call on the23 Oct that they will come out on the 24th and send two sms as well one at about 7pm saying we need to have a certified copy of ID and letter for me to sign for my wife. Because of short notice I had to put unpaid leave in, they didn’t even come. My wife went to the store and the said no one had even been assigned to the job. No it’s the 25th and they can even help us. I lost a days pay and we over our time that we were told. This is the worst service I’ve ever gotten from anyone. And I’ve always recommended Telkom well not anymore. When I even try contacting customer care via their online chat the website keeps close the call, when I ask to call back the phone me and nothing the don’t even try again. If this is the service the I’m cancelling my adsl and the rest of my Telkom products. And this will go further if nothing is done
