Adding services to my account without permission

I upgraded by telkom mobile DATA line at the end of December. When my January invoice came I noticed that Elias from the Woodlands branch decided to add \CLI presentation"to my account without my permission. I called the contact centre on 5 january and spoke to Phumzile Mncadi who told me that she has cancelled this add on. I was obviously not happy that this was added to my account without permission"
