Adding on cell numbers on my profile without my consent!!!!

A cell number 0**********4 was added to my account by Telkom without my consent. I logged a complaint Saturday 1st of June to have this removed with Siyabonga Moloi from there Call centre. This has still not been resolved, neither have I been contacted. I would like the *****uent cell number removed from my profile. I would also like a reason why this happened as well as an apology from Telkom for the inconvenience caused in this regard.
