ADDING A PRESCRIBED TELKOM ACCOUNT OPENED IN 2011 ON TRANSUNION

A Telkom account I opened in 2011 was added to my Credit Report recently (Transunion), I contacted Telkom with hopes that this can be resolved, because the account has prescribed and requested statements as well. I kindly request that you attend to sorting this out for me as there are a lot of things I need to do. Your Service is extremely poor you are making our lives very difficult. Last year I was paying off all the debts that i had, you have never contacted me ever and only add this account after how many years?. surely this must be *******, if I do not get assistance I will take this further with the ombudsman.
