Added charges

They don't even deserve 1 star!** I was paid a little late in November, and like most South Africans, I only received my payment at the end of December. I promptly paid both invoices, and they assured me I wouldn’t be charged the rejection fee. However, I received an invoice today stating I owe two payments *and* two rejection fees, despite their clear promise that I wouldn’t be charged.

When I called on the 30th, the gentleman I spoke to claimed an SMS had been sent to customers about an early debit order date—something I never received. I am absolutely furious about this situation and refuse to pay these extra charges.
