Add-on Do Gaming bundle costing me money

I have a complete package with Telkom. Its a 10mb line with a 50GB cap and unlimited night surfer. I got an Xbox from them and I bought a few games. They are all downloadable and not a disc. So I then started downloading it and I reached my cap. I was informed I should buy the Add-on of R49 and that will allow the Xbox games to download without taking any of my data.<br> <br> I did that and I noticed my internet is really slow. My data was at 0 and I was again softcapped. My xbox then downloaded at 50kb/s and not 800kb/s like it should. I then bought another 1GB of data to test and suddenly the games started downloading at 800gb/s again. Now there's only 24mb of data left of that purchase. I phoned in and they will look into why it's taking the data because it shouldn't. So I paid R50 + R19 + R19 for nothing. I could have bought a lot of data from Afrihost and just downloaded the games by now. I would like to find out how this false advertising can happen and also a full refund on my account.
