Add on bundel

Telkom has had a internet bundle on to my account without my permision. Now i batle to get a answer from them since last year. I did sent a mail on the 18th of September with refrence nr: ********** 4 then ********** 3 9th of November that said is yas heen resolved and credits were passed. But since then i did not get a answer on the money that i did pay extra. Here is ref nr that has not been answered yet and they say they have a 24 to 48 hours reponse time. 7th December ref nr 734734 14th December ref nr 746378 28th December ref nr 759489 3rd January ref nr 764096 3rd January ref nr 764107 9th January ref nr769090 13th January ref nr 774653 22nd January ref nr 786614 Many 24 and 48 hours response time. With no reaponse. They took R199 for n add on bundel every month wich i did not requist. But they took my contract with 500mb down to 250mb. Which i also did not request. Add on bundle is something they add on with out your permision.
