Activation of TI Entertainment

<p>I activated the TI Entertainment (R99 for one month) on 17 June 2016 as an add-on to my normal data (4mbps, 20G). The add-on was to be used to download DSTV Explora, Catchup and Showmax titles. The product shows as active, but still our normal data is used when we try to download any of the entertainment titles. I phoned 10213, with no success, and on their advice I visited the Telkom shop in Potchefstroom, where they lodged an enquiry on our behalf. After receiving no joy, I used the Telkom Chat service, but still could not find answers to my query. It is of no help if I am paing for a product that I cannot use.</p>
