Activating service not requested
<p>I resently upgraded my contracts at the Tygervalley Centre Telkom shop on the middle floor. I was inform by the consultant that I can set a limit on my contracts by dailing the ussd code 188 to activate it but only when i need it. So to my surprise he activated it without my knowledge . I got a bill of R3349 where I normally pay R1500. So i called the call centre and they told me i used all the limits but dont no who activated it . WHO THE HELL ACTIVATED THE LIMITS ON MY CONTRACTS.</p>
