Activate my Sim Please !!!!! Pathetic Service

i purchased a sim only deal with Telkom telephonically, since the card was couriered to me on Tuesday ****h of August 2020) my sim card till today (13th of August 2020) is still not activated, and I was told by multiple call center agents that it would take a maximum of 24Hrs, therefore, they cannot help me in any way. I took this deal to use for my small business, but instead of saving me money from buying prepaid data, it is instead costing me money unnecessarily. Can someone from Telkom please sort this out urgently!!!, as the service I get from the call center is just pathetic.
