Actaully my rating is MINUS 10 stars !!!!

I have phoned one or other Telkom department every day for 13 days to get my line unblocked for international calls. I still can't make an international call in the year 2019!! Call centre says phone Sales, Sales says go to the store, Store says log it with technical, technical says its not a technical problem, sales says the store will call you, the store calls me and puts me back through to the sales department, Sales says they can't fix it, go to the store .................................... ***!@
