Acount locked

Yet again 3 time this year my acount gets locked. My acount is R200 a month but my average they deduct is always over R600 that is R400 more than my acount. Now in loadshedding i buy data on my banking app but Telkom cant let me know my acount is locked so now i have R400 data i cant use because my acount is locked for no reason.
