Acoount settled

2019 went to TELKOM to close my account signed in a form to comfirn closing, months later received a notification that I owe R250, I query it and disputed and they went mute 2023 received a call vvm says I owe 1300 and gave me settlement discount made an immediate payment and when I check my ITC R130 still outstanding called TELKOM forward paid letter in 2024 and up until today matter not resolved, called VVM attorneys and they say they can not assist aswell
