Acknowledge manual payment made

My debit order didn’t run on the 25th of June because I changed banks and my banker forgot to switch my debit orders. However I made a manual payment of R1700, when my bill for June was R1697. I received my statement today and it doesn’t show the manual payment I made as it says I owe Telkom R3425. I hope you didn’t list that ******* on credit bureau because of your incompetence.
