Accounts that are fully paid to debt collectors. Will never buy anything from Telkom!!

To be clear account was never in arears , and Telkom confirmed this multiple times. So Telkom handed over an account to Dept collectors Blake associates. The lowest of the low, they are threatening , bullying and trying everything in the books to ****** money from my elderly mom, yet they continue. I'm literally starting legal proceedings against this company just to stop the abusing my elderly mom.
