Accounts suspended for no valid reason

They suspended my internet for more than two weeks now for no valid reason. I sent Bank statements to prove that there was money in my account and I am not owing them. I even went to their store in Butterworth. They all could not assist to active my internet back. I've paid for nothing this month.
