**** accounts service

Telkom has been devoting my accounting with strange amounts, account was up to date end of June 2024, balance for July 2024 was 1545, the only deducted a 787 , then they tried to deduct another 1180 not sure if there accounts department is reconciling the accounts, now in the 15 August they tried to deduct 2000 and also a 1500 , now I see my account has been suspended , I do not receive invoices, when I logged on I see my payments is not even reflecting on my account so not sure what is happening here have been a client of them for over 8 years but really getting sick of them with this inaccurate debiting
