Accounts Issue still not resolved
Two accounts on my name. One has a zero balance - paid and closed. Other account has been billed for more than a year now. Can not get this resolved. It this so difficult to understand.. the second account is not mine. Get the account cleared please. There has been no activity since March 2015. Please ... Please ... Please can someone assist me.
