Accounts.

In December last year I paid for email account R1582 instead of R15.82. After many many calls I was told to write to hostservices. My emails were never answered so I tried the branch. No - I would get a phone call because the branch doesn't deal with accounts. I have now been sent to different departments. I don't even know where it is at the moment. Here I am nearly 7 months later. And of course THEY owe me over R1400!!!!!
