Probably the worst customer service I ever received!

A few months ago I changed my bank. I never changed my debid order. Since my debit order for my wifi goes off on the 5th of each month, I pay before the 5th.

Today, the 23rd of the month my account got susspended because apperently I owe them money for all the rejected debit orders???

How the hell does this work seeing that I pay them a cash payment via their own online portal?

Trying to get someone to resolve this issue at the call centre is also a waste of my time. I'm just being told that I should update my debit oder details but all they have shown me is that I cant trust them with my money???
