Accounts departments is USELESS

My account is up to date. I have confirmed this with 2 people on the chat portal (Boitumelo Sarah on 09/05 and Rosswell Cele on 13/05). I also spoke to a lady telephonically on 16/05. All three confirmed my account is NOT in arrears, however since 6 May I have received 8 smses threatening to interrupt my service, list me on the credit bureau and hand me over to attorneys. I received my statement on 5 May SHOWING the payment I made on 1 May for R 2 250.92. So why am I being threatened? 3 people have promised to sort this out...it is 13 days later and I am STILL being harassed
