Accounts Department trash!! Don’t trust Telkom!!

Trust Telkom to still go oit of their way to affect you negatively when it comes to canceling your contract

Isn’t that you debit my account on the 29th and then the second portion later in the same day. Yet I receive my invoice still not taking to account that the payments of the cancellation has been fulfilled

When will you get this right,because you can apologize all you want but that has affected my credit score negatively that I need to go back put in the work to get it back to Excellent??? And you don’t update the Credit Bureau on the same???
