Accounts

Telkom have a terrible accounts department and even worse customer service. I canceled my service over a year ago. After many months of trying to get that sorted the sent me a bill for 4 months while I was trying to get them to cancel my service. Eventually the service was canceled and they agreed to write off the amount outstanding. Heaven forbid it’s been six months and I get a call from the lawyers to say that I have an outstanding account with Telkom, an amount even greater the what was written off the first time. Really this company shocks me every time!!!
