Accounts are useless!

Telkom unfairness. I had a Telkom mobile account that had Showmax attached to it. After the contract ended the Showmax was still going off the account. I cancelled it in March and it continued to add the charge to my account. This came to R605! Again I cancelled and payed the account up to date and yet again there is an amount outstanding. Not paying a cent more on this!
