Accounts and service is extremely poor

My husband tried to get a contract with them (WiFi). After 2 weeks it was still not activated and we canceled it. They came to collect the device. We've been debited every month, even after several emails and calls. And now they want to blacklist us because of no payment. Most horrible service I've ever had to deal with. We do not even have a contract or device but are receiving bill after bill
