***** Accounts and Lack of Customer Service

With Telkom, our business had a contract for sim cards and wifi ****les. Cell phones have been *****ulently taken under the company name for the past two years (6 cellphones as we speak). We did notify Telkom, including opening a police report to send to Telkom. They haven't yet blocked or cancelled the account. Another **** contract was taken under the company this July, increasing our bill from R1845 to R2411. Telkom won't even attempt to clean up this mess or block the business profile, which would end the *****ulent accounts. Even worse, Telkom doesn't contact our business to confirm before approving each of these bogus accounts. We're fed up with going round in circles.
