To who it may Concern, the so called branch manager Aletta (worst service recieevd,ever) Sent me an email I forming me the mistakes her branch made will be rectified and account cancelled. Today I get called informing me I will be billed with a ridiculous Unauthorised amount. There is no answer when calling the call centre worst experience ever. Aleta and her stand in just as useless does not respond to my request. I have considered stating with Telkom but the service is just appolling....if this amount goes off my account I will take this further as this is *****....<br> <br> <br> Riaz - ***
