Accounts

Utterly poor execution of closing accounts in Feb 2020. They kept billing me after a year, ending up taking me to their lawyers etc. Now that the matter has been resolved and my account has been credited, they can't seem to email me an updated final statement! 3 different calls to their accounts department and 2 weeks later, still nothing. I cannot express the frustration dealing with this incompetence. Their mess up is now intefering with my life! Absolutely useless, I'll never use or reccomend them again
