Account was supposed to be closed in March !

Hi<br> <br> Went into Telkom to close my account dealt with Kim in March . I was emailed that the account had been closed .<br> Just got a bond rejected because , this account had not been closed , went into Telkom to investigate only to find my account was still active . Please can you make sure this account is FINALLY closed and that I am credited for the last Month . Sent SEVERAL mails to Kim to find out what had transpired but have had no reply . I have also left several voice messages .
