Account was in arrears with Telkom

My account was in arrears with Telkom I have been paying on their website everytime I miss the payment. On the 19th of September I brought it up to date and my debit order goes off last day of the month. On the 26th of September my account was debited before my debit date. On the 2nd of October my service was suspended I could not make calls only can receive only.When I called Telkom they said my account was handed over to their debt collectors Nu debt they are the ones that debited they can debit anytime they please. I was so irritated coz I did not give Nudebt authority to debit my account how can they give 3rd party my banking details. Now my service is suspended while it was paid on time, they are telling me it reflects on them after 7 workings days so now I must suffer. Nu debt is not helping as well they are telling me it's not showing on their side. At Telkom you are only good while signing after that it's hell.
