Account suspended wrongfully

Telkom decided to debit my account incorrectly last month and switched my phone off a week ago after handing me over to Nudebt. Now they debited my account on Wednesday, almost double than what I owe, and my account is still locked. I need my phone for work! I am losing income because of incompetence.
