Account Suspended still no Services Restored

I'm writing to express extreme disappointment and frustration with Telkom's handling of my account. Despite reporting my daughter's lost phone and blacklisting it, *****ulent charges were incurred, and our fibre connection was shut off due to unauthorized charges. I've made payments, but services still haven't been restored, and call centre agents have been unhelpful and *********** 😤. I demand resolution: remove *****ulent charges, restore services, investigate, and provide agent training.
